Not just the app, but the company as a whole. Ive dealt with customer service, and transferred almost $7,000 over the last year or so. They just added CAD as a sending currency too, which is great.
Also, they now support signing in to my bank (Ally Bank) when creating a transfer to verify the funds are available so it starts instantly instead of waiting 2-3 days for the ACH to go through. Once the transfer starts, my money always arrives earlier than they say it will. These guys are speeeeedy.
