Poor App, Good Business Model
For the business model alone, I would give 5 stars. But there are serious glitches in the application both on iOS and the web application. The main problem is the "out of sync" message and notifications. I personally use chrome and iOS to make and review my transfers. The status messages are never in sync with each other. This causes confusion to the user; for example, I ended up paying twice for single transfer, then had to follow up waking up very early morning to talk to their UK support folks to get this sorted out. If the messaging and notification are in sync and if there are more user input options, the ease of using the application will improve.
On cancellation function there is a problem. On the web, the application asks if the payment was made. On the iOS app, the app does not ask the question. Why do you even ask the question? You should check what the last action was from the user, payment or no payment. This should solve all your shortcomings.
Please fine tune your implementation, remove glitches, redundancies and make the steps and user information very simple and clear. These are basic functions of good applications. Unfortunately you lack in it right now.
I will give you 1 star for all the flaws and inconvenience.
