Having kids in several parts of the world always implies transfer hassles. Slow, expensive, and difficult. Not with Transferwise! Over 18 months using it every week without a glitch. Amazing!

Update (5/2016): Very happy to see CAD -> USD support added as well as support for Tangerine Bank! I feel like Ive been listened to. Ill add another update once Ive done a transfer. Original (4/2016): Oddly, while the app doesnt seem to support CAD to USD transfers, their full website does. Their fees are lower than WorldRemit and their exchange rates slightly more in your favour than WorldRemit. Sadly, they do not accept funding transactions through credit cards and Tangerine is not one of their supported Canadian banks for funding transactions from chequing/savings.

The app service is bad . To tell people they save money from bank transfer but that also mean you have to wait 5 -7 days for recipient to receive money . If you want a cheap service but slow to receive the money then good luck .

Cheaper and easier way to send money.

I strongly recommend this app. It saved me a lot of money to transfer from Brazil to Canada. It arrived on time, exactly when they said it would.

The app tells me my account is deleted when trying to login. I can login normally through website.

It was fast, cheap, and efficient. I could not have expected a better service.

I use TransferWise to send money from Brazil, but I cant use this app because they do not offer this option in the app. Go figure...
