Great rates and super convenient. Will never go to the banks or exchange bureau again! Only thing is sometimes the transfer takes several days so make sure you dont need the money immediately.

Who thought sending money over a phone could be so ridiculously easy. Right from setting up your own account, setting up recipients to finally tracking and completing a transfer everything is made simple with intuitive screens and instructions. If you encounter any issues or have questions, you can use the integrated chat or call functions from within the app, the customer support is knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Verification of your account is simple and at the same time safe. And finally the choice of currencies is huge, you will not have to use them all, but this just ensures the one you want is there ! Extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Everything as published, really cheap to send money overseas, although it took 4 days, between Canada to the US.

Its really a game changer!

If you are sending CAD at source, be aware that there are additional steps of providing certified copies of your identity. I wish the app refused to accept money without uploading documents and provided proper directions for setting up from Canada. Turns out more information can be found on the website which cannot be found in the app. Highly misguiding imo. My friends use it and have no problems. So I may give this another try.

For the business model alone, I would give 5 stars. But there are serious glitches in the application both on iOS and the web application. The main problem is the "out of sync" message and notifications. I personally use chrome and iOS to make and review my transfers. The status messages are never in sync with each other. This causes confusion to the user; for example, I ended up paying twice for single transfer, then had to follow up waking up very early morning to talk to their UK support folks to get this sorted out. If the messaging and notification are in sync and if there are more user input options, the ease of using the application will improve. On cancellation function there is a problem. On the web, the application asks if the payment was made. On the iOS app, the app does not ask the question. Why do you even ask the question? You should check what the last action was from the user, payment or no payment. This should solve all your shortcomings. Please fine tune your implementation, remove glitches, redundancies and make the steps and user information very simple and clear. These are basic functions of good applications. Unfortunately you lack in it right now. I will give you 1 star for all the flaws and inconvenience.

Im always very skeptical when it comes to international transfers. Usually I do them through my bank... I once spent C$45 on a wire transfer, sending the same amount to the same destination with TransferWise cost me C$3!! Thank you, youve made life easier & saved me money!
