I have to transfer funds to my Aust account frequently & these guys make it so painless & Im stoked with the rates. Banks are such a rip-off, I hope this makes them lift the game.

Not just the app, but the company as a whole. Ive dealt with customer service, and transferred almost $7,000 over the last year or so. They just added CAD as a sending currency too, which is great. Also, they now support signing in to my bank (Ally Bank) when creating a transfer to verify the funds are available so it starts instantly instead of waiting 2-3 days for the ACH to go through. Once the transfer starts, my money always arrives earlier than they say it will. These guys are speeeeedy.

Had some weird issues with setting up a new contact to transfer. Had to switch to web browser. Good for tracking status though.

I just find out about this app about 2 months ago. I made two big transfer to Brazil and I could not believe how good they were. Used a good exchange rate and only charged 19 dollars. Very very great app. Too bad I didnt know about this app for the past 8 years living in the US and sending money to Brazil paying so much through other ways.

Perfect little app and the service is amazing, its allowing me to move my holiday cash around to my different accounts with ease and without nasty bank fees, AU$500 was transferred to my UK account in under an hour and at the market rate.... Massive thank you as it means things are a little cheaper for me

Thanks for adding russia, but I have to type name recipients name in cyrillic. I got error when type in latin. When I change to cyrillic, I cant type. Keyboard doesnt response. Need ur help. Thanks.

I was used to sending money via other ways and thought having a small fee was great. What i never realized was that other companies were giving me less than the current rate so they were making a lot on top of my transactions. With transferwise they charge a bigger fee but you get the current rate for your money. Safe and reliable without leaving your house. Great and would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing app. Fastest and cheapest money transfers ever.

Initial set up requiring photo ID verification takes a bit of time but its worth saving transfer fees relative to those of banks. Not suitable for people in need of urgent/instant transfer i.e. <24h process. Otherwise it does the job nicely.

I rarely review but quite honestly am blown away by TransferWise service. It took a couple of days to confirm my company information, but thats understandable given the levels of fraud these days, so compliance was thorough. I was reasonably nervous as the amount transferred was high but it took less than 24 hours to get from the US to UK and I saved nearly $2k (probably over this actually as the exchange rate rose dramatically) once I had locked in my rate. Well done TransferWise and well done Branson!

I used to use Citibank global transfers until they pulled out of my local market. Now I use this app instead. The transfers arent instant, but go through in a more than acceptable amount of time to the Czech Republic from USA. The only improvement I would recommend is to be able to save my U.S. bank account details in my profile so I dont have to enter that info each month.

Banks have been ripping us off for way too long. I use this all the time to transfer GBP to USD straight from my phone, arrives in two days for a fraction of the cost of banks. Youre transferring your money directly into the pockets of banks if you dont use this app.

This is amazing. Ive never been able to transfer money from my US bank account to my English one SO easily. I am so glad I found this app! It literally cost $1 in fees, great exchange rate and I got the money within 2 working days. Seriously, incredible.

Me and my boyfriend are long distance (US/UK) and this makes sending money sooo much easier and cheaper than using western union! Love it!

I made two transfers from Italy to USA and they went perfectly well! Just be careful to fill the right fields and check twice all the infos.

Thank you thank you thank you. I have been waiting for this type of service forever. I regularly sent money overseas and got so frustrated with moneygram and their stupid red phone and fees and also many mistakes they make...Choosing bank to bank is also out of the question due to a ton of fees going to greedy banks. This works perfectly, fast and the only bad surprise is the receiving bank charging an additional fee.
